Individual Screen Armoured Instrument Cable Feature:
1. Conductor: Plain annealed copper, sizes: 0.5 mm² solid, 1.0 mm² solid, 0.5 mm² flexible, 0.75 mm² flexible or 1.5mm²stranded
2. Insulation: Polyethylene PE, Colour code: black / white / red; with numbered tape under separator tape of the triple screen
3.Triple screen: 24 µm aluminium / PETP tape over tinned copper drain wire, 0.5 mm², Wrapping: at least 1 layer of plastic tape
4. Collective screen: 24 µm aluminium / PETP tape over tinned copper drain wire, 0.5 mm²
5. Bedding: zero halogen flame retardant compound LSZH, black
6. Armour: galvanized round steel wires
7. Outer sheath: zero halogen flame retardant compound LSZH, black or blue for intrinsically safe systems

Individual Screen Armoured Instrument Cable application:
insutrumention cable Individual & Overall Screened Steel Wire Armored/ SWA Pairs is used in data processing and process control. Suitable for fixed installations in damp locations and open spaces. The electrostatic screen protects against outer interference fields.
1. Desing:
LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) Instrumentation cable consisting of bare copper conductors, black & white , twisted pairs or black,white & red twisted triples with continuous number sequence.Cables are manufactured strictly in accordance of UL as well as relevant Australian Standards.

6. Tensile strength:
Cable maximum pulling tension (approximate) is limited to 65-70 N/mm² of the total cross-sectional area ofconductor.
7. Example:
3pairs 1.5 total cross sectional area 3x 2×1.5=9mm² 9mm² x 70Nmm² =630N (0.63kn)
For pulling by armour, the pulling tension should be limited to 130 N/mm² of the total cross-sectional of steel wire
